ACBL Unit 500 Web Site, Home Page

On February 5th, 11:30am we will be having Pizza Swiss Team at the Marina Bridge Club location, in San Leandro. Please see the flyer for details. Results.

Terry Terzian's Wednesday Bridge Club will have its first game in Castro Valley on January 6th, 2010 at 12:30pm. Terry just moved the club from San Lorenzo to Castro Valley and the first meeting at the new location is Jan. 6th. It will be the 2nd game he runs in at the Castro Valley Kenneth C. Aitken Senior Center.

Bill Hodges' Thursday Bridge Club will be meeting in San Lorenzo Until April, 2010. It moved from Ashland to San Lorenzo on December 17th., 2009.

Our Unit 500 Holiday Party and STaC Game (see results) was held on Sunday December 13th. STaC Week results from Monday, December 7 through Sunday December 13 are posted and available for your review. Read "What is a Stac Game" to find out more about STaC games.

All duplicate clubs in our unit have sanctioned ACBL games and web sites (see below) where game results can be viewed on-line.

Unit 500 of the ACBL (the American Contract Bridge League) is in District 21 (Northern California, U.S.A) which is part of the Western Conference (Districts 17, 21 and 22). The Southern Alameda County bridge scene has club games, a South County Sectional in August, local Unit tournaments and special events. There are many nearby Sectional and Regional tournaments that you can locate by going to District 21's web site or the ACBL web site. There are weekly duplicate tournaments for players of all abilities from expert to novice, and bridge lessons for newcomers.
