From 580 (going south-east), take Hayward exit which runs into Foothill Blvd. Continue south several blocks, turning left at City Center Dr. loop. From 880 . take Jackson St. exit heading east. Turn left at Foothill and then right at City Center Dr. loop. From San Mateo Bridge, continue east on Jackson & follow 880 directions.
